Review your digital proof
We prepare your design and email you an ApprovePro review link, usually within 1 to 3 business days after ordering. Review the wording, colors, and layout, then approve your proof or request changes through the link. Production waits for your approval.
We build and ship
After approval, we make and inspect your display. Production timing depends on the product and options you choose. See the listing for its current schedule.
Fine details in layered 3D plaques may not fully come through in the finished print. Any necessary design adjustments will be shown in your proof before production.

A few things to know before you start.
What kind of artwork can I send?
You don’t need perfect artwork to get started. Send us a photo, scan, screenshot, sketch, or whatever reference you have—even if it’s older, blurry, or incomplete. We can often clean up an image, rebuild missing details, or help recreate artwork from your references. If you only have an idea, tell us what you have in mind. We’ll review what’s possible, explain any additional design costs before proceeding, and send you a digital proof to approve before production.
What is included in a custom plaque?
The base price includes standard preparation of your supplied artwork, a digital proof, a custom fitted display stand, and removable mounting putty. Added wording or small requested design changes are covered by one flat $10 option. Major redesigns may need a separate quote.
Are all the products made the same way?
Custom plaques use solid filament colors and raised 3D layers. Nameplates and desk displays combine a 3D printed body with full color raised UV logo artwork. We show the intended design in your proof and explain the finish in each listing.
What does Double Depth change?
Standard Depth plaques are approximately 5 mm thick. Double Depth plaques are approximately 10 mm thick, creating a more substantial plaque body and raising the artwork farther from the background. It does not change the plaque's width, height, or artwork layout.
When do I receive my proof?
Your digital proof is usually ready within 1 to 3 business days after ordering. You will receive an email with a secure link to ApprovePro, our online proof approval system. Use the link to review your design, request changes, or approve your proof. No account or login is required. We do not begin production until you approve your proof. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
Can you make it for a retirement or event date?
Contact us before ordering so we can review the deadline. Standard Depth plaque production usually takes 5 to 7 business days after proof approval; Double Depth usually takes 7 to 10. Shipping time is additional. Other products have their own listing schedules.
Can these displays be used outdoors or in a vehicle?
Standard PLA displays are intended for indoor use and can soften in high heat. Keep them out of hot vehicles and away from strong heat sources. Ask about a separate custom material request when your application needs something different.
