Refund policy

Because items are custom made, all sales are final. Returns are accepted if we made an error, the item is defective, or the completed item does not match the approved proof.

If your item arrives damaged or you find a problem, contact 3d@visionairx.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue so we can arrange a reprint or refund, as appropriate.

Please review spelling, colors, size, and layout before approving your digital proof. Once approved and production has started, a custom order cannot be cancelled or modified. Normal layer lines and minor surface variations are characteristics of 3D printing.
