Shipping policy

Production and proof approval

Custom orders include a digital proof, usually sent within 1 to 3 business days. Production begins after you approve the proof. Please use the production estimate on your product listing: Standard Depth custom plaques typically take 5 to 7 business days after approval, Double Depth plaques 7 to 10 business days, and custom desk displays 3 to 7 business days. For other products, refer to the listing or contact us for a current estimate.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. USPS Ground is $5 and USPS Priority Mail is $10, selected at checkout. Carrier transit time is additional to proof preparation and production. Priority shipping does not shorten production time. Digital file services and digital gift cards are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Contact 3d@visionairx.com before ordering for a specific event or deadline. Delayed proof approval can delay production and shipping.
