Turn your badge, patch, emblem, shield, challenge coin, logo, or artwork into a bold custom 3D printed plaque with raised details and layered color.
This is not a flat printed image, sticker, or decal. Each piece is digitally prepared, printed in separate color layers, assembled, inspected, and finished individually.
Standard artwork preparation is included. Your base price includes preparing the supplied image for layered 3D printing, making necessary adjustments for a clean print, and providing a digital proof. You do not need to purchase personalization simply to turn your supplied artwork into a plaque.

Every order includes a custom fitted display stand, removable mounting putty, and a digital proof before production.

Select Add Name or Request Design Change for one flat $10 charge. This covers added names or wording, small changes to the supplied design, or both together. The charge is $10 total, not $10 for each type of change.
Enter your exact wording and describe any requested design changes in the Notes or Personalization field. With No Personalization or Changes selected, this field is disabled and no wording is needed. If you select the paid option without providing details, we will contact you before production.

The wording may be incorporated into the original artwork or added through a matching banner, panel, border, or other layout that complements the design. Enter wording exactly as you want it displayed. If you have a specific placement, style, or layout in mind, let us know in your notes. Otherwise, we’ll use our creativity to work your personalization naturally into the design, so it feels like it belongs. You’ll receive a digital proof showing your personalization, requested changes, colors, and overall layout to review and approve before we print.
Small wording or placement corrections can be requested during the proof process. Requests that substantially change the original artwork, add multiple new emblems, or completely replace the requested concept may require an additional design quote.

How It Works
1. Place Your Order
Choose your size, plaque depth, and personalization option. Upload your badge, patch, emblem, challenge coin, logo, or artwork. Add your exact wording, requested design changes, and any special instructions.
2. We Prepare Your Design
We transform your image into clean artwork suitable for layered 3D printing. Clear, high resolution images provide the best results, but they are not required. We can often work with older patches, photographs, scans, screenshots, and lower quality artwork.
3. Review Your Digital Proof
You will receive a digital proof by email showing the layout, colors, raised details, finish, and personalization. Review the proof carefully. Production cannot begin until the design is approved.
4. We Create Your Plaque
After approval, your plaque is printed, assembled, inspected, and finished individually.
5. Ready to Display
Your completed plaque is securely packaged and shipped with its custom display stand and removable mounting putty. Please monitor your email after ordering. Delayed proof approval may delay production and shipping.
Available Sizes

6 inch: A compact option for desks, bookshelves, lockers, offices, and smaller display areas.

8 inch: A versatile middle size that provides strong detail without requiring a large display area.

10 inch: A larger display size that provides excellent detail for desks, shelves, mantels, trophy cases, offices, stations, and department displays.

12 inch: A bold centerpiece size offering the greatest visual presence and the best reproduction of highly detailed artwork.
Size is measured using the longest edge of the design. This may be the width or height depending on the shape of the artwork.
Plaque Depth
Standard Depth: Approximately 5 mm thick. Our original plaque thickness provides a clean and lightweight display with excellent raised detail. It works well on the included stand or mounted directly to a wall.
Double Depth: Approximately 10 mm thick. Choose Double Depth for a thicker and more substantial display with additional weight and presence.
Gold, Yellow, and Silver Finish
Silk Gold and Silk Silver provide a shiny, reflective metallic appearance. Standard yellow or gold has a solid color appearance and often matches patch artwork more closely. Both finish options cost the same.
Finish preferences apply only to the corresponding gold or silver areas, not the entire plaque. Other areas use standard filament colors.
Tell us any specific shade or finish preferences in the order notes. If you are unsure, request the best match for your artwork. We will recommend the closest match and confirm your intended color and finish during proof approval. Digital proofs do not fully show the physical shine.
Silk filament remains 3D printed PLA. It is not real metal, metallic plating, or painted metal.
From Stitched Patch to 3D Plaque
A stitched patch and a 3D printed plaque reproduce detail differently. Thread texture, tiny lettering, thin outlines, facial or hand details, and shaded areas may need to be simplified, thickened, separated, or converted into solid color shapes.
The goal is to preserve the identity and overall appearance of your artwork while creating a clean, readable finished plaque. Not every stitch or tiny detail can be reproduced exactly. These necessary print preparation adjustments are included in the base price and will be shown in your digital proof.
For highly detailed artwork, the 10 inch or 12 inch size generally provides more room for readable detail. Please review the proof carefully before approving production.

Minor layer lines, surface texture, and small color variations are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process. Each plaque is created individually, so slight variations should be expected.
PLA can soften or warp when exposed to high temperatures. Do not leave the plaque inside a hot vehicle, near a strong heat source, or exposed to extreme summer temperatures.
Production and Shipping Timeline
- Digital proofs are usually provided within 1 to 3 business days.
- Standard Depth production usually requires 5 to 7 business days after proof approval.
- Double Depth production usually requires 7 to 10 business days after proof approval.
- USPS Ground shipping is available for a flat rate of $5.
- USPS Priority Mail is available for a flat rate of $10.

AI Assisted Artwork
When needed, AI assisted design tools may be used to help clean, rebuild, or prepare customer supplied artwork. Every design is reviewed, refined, and adapted by VisionAir X for layered 3D printing before you receive your digital proof.

Custom Order Policies
Proof Approval
Production and shipping depend on timely proof approval. Once the proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Returns
Because every piece is custom made, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only if we made an error, the item is defective, or the completed item does not match the approved proof.
Damage
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs if your plaque arrives damaged. We will make it right.
Image Rights
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use it for your custom order. VisionAir X is not responsible for intellectual property claims involving customer supplied artwork.
