Standard Depth | Approximately 5 mm
Our original plaque thickness offers a clean, lightweight display piece with excellent raised detail.
Standard Depth works well on the included display stand or mounted directly to a wall.
Double Depth Upgrade | Approximately 10 mm
Choose Double Depth for a thicker, more substantial plaque with added weight, presence, and a premium display feel.
Double Depth increases the thickness of the main plaque body while preserving the same custom artwork, raised details, and layered design.
This option is especially impressive for retirement gifts, awards, presentations, department displays, station displays, memorials, and larger statement pieces.

The selected size is measured using the longest edge of the finished design. Depending on the shape of your artwork, this may be the width or height.
Larger sizes are recommended for designs containing fine lettering, detailed seals, small numbers, or complex artwork.

Place Your Order
Select your plaque size and depth, upload your image directly on this page, and include any special instructions before completing checkout.
You may also email your image to 3d@visionairx.com after placing your order.
We Prepare Your Design
Clear, high resolution images provide the best results, but they are not required.
We can often work from photographs, scans, screenshots, older patches, and lower quality artwork. We will clean up and recreate the design as needed so it can be converted into a crisp, printable 3D format.
If your image requires significant cleanup or design changes, we will contact you before moving forward.
Review and Approve Your Proof
You will receive a digital proof showing the layout, colors, raised details, and overall appearance of your plaque.
Review the proof carefully and let us know if any adjustments are needed. Production will begin once the design is approved.
We Create Your Plaque
After approval, your plaque will be printed, assembled, inspected, and finished individually.
We Pack and Ship
Your finished piece will be securely packaged and shipped ready to display.
Production cannot begin until your proof is approved. Please monitor your email after ordering to help prevent delays.
Production and Shipping Timeline
Proof Delivery
Digital proofs are typically provided within 1 to 3 business days. Many proofs are completed sooner depending on design complexity and current order volume.
Production Time
Standard Depth plaques typically require approximately 3 to 7 business days after proof approval.
Double Depth plaques require additional material and printing time and may need extra production time.
Shipping
USPS Ground shipping is available for a flat rate of $5.
USPS Priority Mail is available for a flat rate of $10.

Important Design Notes
Two dimensional artwork must be converted into a three dimensional printable design.
Extremely fine text, thin lines, tiny numbers, or small details may need to be adjusted or simplified so they print cleanly.
Designs containing a large amount of detail are best suited for the 10 inch or 12 inch size.
Any necessary adjustments will be shown in your digital proof before production begins.
Material and Finish
Each plaque is made using durable PLA plastic and printed layer by layer.
Minor surface variations, visible layer lines, and small color differences are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process. Each piece is individually created and is not an injection molded product.
These plaques are designed primarily for indoor display.
Heat Warning
PLA is durable but sensitive to high temperatures.
Do not leave your plaque inside a hot vehicle, near a strong heat source, or in areas exposed to extreme summer temperatures. Prolonged heat exposure may cause the material to soften or warp.

These plaques are decorative display pieces only.
They are not official credentials, identification, wearable badges, uniform components, emergency equipment, or agency issued items.
