Custom Helmet Shield Replica

Your helmet shield carries your department, rank, and story. Turn a photo of your actual shield into a custom 3D printed display replica, made for your desk, shelf, or wall. This is our premium helmet shield option for recreating your own design, including firefighter, officer, and chief styles.

Size and Finish

Approximately 6.5 inches tall and 5 mm thick. Width varies with the original shield shape. The front is printed face down for a smooth surface using solid-color PLA filament. Silk gold filament is available for traditional chief shield designs. Contact us before ordering for a different size or bulk quantity.

Custom Back Personalization

Choose No Back Personalization — $39 or Add Back Personalization — $49. The $10 upgrade adds text or an image printed flat on the back with UV ink, with no raised detail. Enter your wording or image instructions in Personalization & notes and include any image with your upload. Your back design is included in the digital proof for approval.

How to Order

1. Choose your back personalization option.
2. Upload a clear, straight-on photo of your actual helmet shield. Additional high-resolution photos are helpful. You do not need to mail us your shield.
3. Enter your department, rank, name, numbers, colors, and requested changes in Personalization & notes. If you selected Add Back Personalization, enter the back wording or image instructions there and include any back image with your upload.
4. Review your digital proof through the ApprovePro link emailed to you, usually within 1–3 business days. Request changes or approve the design through the link; no account is required.
5. Production begins after proof approval, then your finished display ships.

Custom Order Policies

Proof approval: Production begins after you approve your digital proof. Once approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns: Because every piece is custom made, all sales are final. Returns are accepted if we made an error, the item is defective, or the completed item does not match the approved proof.

Damage: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs if your item arrives damaged.

Artwork: By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right or permission to use it for your custom order.

Important Details

• Decorative indoor display only; not intended for helmet mounting, protective equipment, or operational use.
• PLA is heat sensitive. Keep away from hot vehicles and strong heat sources.
• Fine details may not fully come through in the finished print. Any necessary design adjustments will be shown in your proof before production.
• Minor layer lines and surface variations are normal for 3D printed pieces.
• Not an officially licensed product. Department names and insignia remain the property of their respective owners.

Sharing Finished Pieces

We love sharing photos of finished VisionAir X creations to show what is possible. We may feature your finished piece on our website or social media after your order is delivered. If it is a surprise, or you would prefer that we keep it private, please let us know in the order notes or when approving your proof. We are happy to honor your request.
