Artwork Preparation
High resolution images are great, but not required. If you do not have a perfect file, upload what you have. We can often clean up photos, scans, or older artwork and recreate them into a crisp professional 3D design. If your image needs significant work, we will contact you before creating your proof.
Proof Review
You will receive a digital 3D mockup showing layout, colors, and raised details. Minor adjustments can be made at this stage.
Approval and Production
Once approved, your emblem goes into production. Each piece is printed and finished individually.

Can you match my department colors
We match colors as closely as possible using available filament colors. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed, but visual accuracy is prioritized.
Will I see a proof before printing
Yes. Every custom order includes a digital proof and will not be printed without your approval.
Can fine details be printed
Very small text or thin lines may need slight adjustments to ensure durability and clean printing. Any changes will be shown in the proof.
Is this a flat print or raised design
This is a true 3D print with raised layers and depth. It is not a flat image or sticker.
Do you accept returns on custom items
Custom items are non returnable unless there is a defect or damage during shipping.

Design limitations
Two dimensional artwork is converted into three dimensional printable designs. Extremely fine text or thin lines may require simplification to ensure print quality. Highly detailed designs are best suited for the larger size option for maximum clarity.
Production quality
Each item is printed layer by layer. Minor surface variations or visible layer lines are normal and part of the handcrafted process. This is not an injection molded product.
Heat warning
PLA is durable but heat sensitive. Avoid leaving the display in high temperature environments such as vehicles during summer months.
