Personalized Firefighter Helmet Shield

Size and Finish

Approximately 6.5 inches tall, made with PLA filament and a detailed faux-stitching border. The standard combination is a black shield, white stitching, white lettering, and red lettering backing. Each color dropdown offers Black, Red, White, Blue, or Other — specify in Notes. For Other, choose a color from the “Color Options for Your Design” chart in the listing images and enter the exact color name and shield part in Notes. These are our available Bambu Lab PLA Basic and Matte palette choices. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific size or a different design.

How to Order

1. Select the shield, stitching, lettering, and lettering-backing colors using the dropdowns. For an Other color, use the color chart in the listing images and enter the exact color name and shield part in Notes.
2. Enter your personalization in the Top Text, Middle Text, and Bottom Text fields exactly as you want it to appear. Use Notes for additional instructions or a simple icon request so we can confirm it in your proof.
3. Review your design through the ApprovePro link emailed to you, usually within 1–3 business days. Request changes or approve the proof through the link; no account is required.
4. Production begins after proof approval, then your finished display ships.

• Display use only: Includes a stand and is intended for indoor display. It is not intended for helmet mounting or operational use.
• Heat-sensitive material: PLA can soften in hot environments. Keep it out of hot vehicles and away from strong heat sources.
• Handmade quality: Minor layer lines and surface variations are normal. Fine details may not fully come through in the finished print; necessary design adjustments will be shown in your proof.
• Final sale: Due to the custom made-to-order nature of this item, all sales are final. Returns are accepted if we made an error, the item is defective, or it does not match the approved proof. For damage or a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We love sharing photos of finished VisionAir X creations to show what is possible. We may feature your finished piece on our website or social media after your order is delivered. If it is a surprise, or you would prefer that we keep it private, please let us know in the order notes or when approving your proof. We are happy to honor your request.
