Turn your patch, badge, logo, emblem, or clean artwork into a custom 3D printable file. This service is designed for customers who own a 3D printer and want a clean, professional model built for real world printing, not just a model that looks good on a screen.

The primary output is a multicolor 3MF file prepared for Bambu Studio. An STL file is available upon request, but STL files do not retain color assignments or slicer settings.

Important: Artwork Review Before Purchase

Every design is different. Please send your artwork before purchasing so we can review the number of colors, fine detail, complexity, and printability. We will confirm whether the standard design fee applies or whether a complexity upgrade is required.

Required Order Details

Please provide all of the following with your order. Missing information can delay the project.

1. Artwork: Upload the clearest image available. Vector artwork is preferred, but a high resolution photo, scan, PNG, JPG, or screenshot can be reviewed.
2. Printer and color system: Enter the exact printer model and color system, including AMS units, tool count, color unit capacity, or whether manual color swaps will be used.
3. Maximum colors: Enter the maximum number of colors that can be used in the finished file.
4. Finished print size: Enter the desired height or width and the units. State whether the measurement is exact or a maximum and whether the original proportions should be preserved.
5. Intended use and construction: Tell us whether the file is for a flat display piece, wall display, desk display, patch replica, badge, sign, ornament, coin, or another use. Include any requirements for holes, mounting, backing, stand compatibility, separate parts, or overall thickness.
6. Output specifications: Enter your slicer, requested file format, nozzle size, and any exact filament brand or color names that matter.

If a required detail is missing, work will pause until it is supplied. Changes caused by incomplete or incorrect order information may require an additional design fee.

How It Works

1. Send your artwork for review.
2. Purchase the correct design level after complexity is confirmed.
3. Submit all required printer, color, size, use, and output information.
4. We convert and optimize the design for 3D printing.
5. You receive a digital proof for review.
6. After approval, the final file is delivered digitally.

Pricing

$20 Standard Design Fee

Includes basic designs with up to approximately four colors and low complexity.

Moderate Complexity: Five to eight colors or added detail requires an additional $10.

High Complexity: Nine or more colors, intricate artwork, or significant fine detail requires an additional $20 or more.

You will approve any required upgrade before work continues.

Proof Approval

Please review the proof carefully for spelling, colors, proportions, size, layout, and requested construction details. Approval confirms that these items are correct and authorizes preparation of the final file.

Minor revisions include small text, color, sizing, or layout adjustments. Major redesigns, new artwork, structural changes, or changes requested because order specifications were missing may require an additional fee.

Important File Information

• Files are prepared for the printer, slicer, color capacity, and size supplied with the order.
• Changing printer systems, size, nozzle, color count, or intended use after delivery can require file changes.
• Very small text and extremely fine details may be simplified to improve printability.
• Screen colors and filament colors can vary. Provide exact filament brand and color names when matching matters.
• Final print quality depends on the printer, material, calibration, nozzle, slicer settings, and maintenance.
• AI tools may be used to clean or reconstruct low quality source artwork while preserving the original design as closely as practical.
• The buyer is responsible for confirming that they own or have permission to use the submitted artwork.

Optional Printed Upgrade

If you decide that you want us to print the design, the design fee can be applied toward an eligible finished display piece.
